The Old Forge Library is partnering with other libraries and groups in the area for a community read of Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. Residents between Woodgate and Raquette Lake can stop by the Old Forge Library for a free copy of Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants. All are welcome to join the Community Read along! The Old Forge Library will be hosting discussion groups based on sections of the book.
