The Old Forge Library is calling local artists to submit to Local ART, an open exhibit featuring 2-D artwork in any media. Artists may submit photography, oil paintings, acrylics, watermedia, pastel, mixed media, collage, printmaking, quilting and drawing. The entry deadline is June 24. There is no entry fee; full details on the prospectus below and we have copies of the prospectus at the library. Artists may submit up to 2 pieces of art, all ages and levels accepted!
The exhibit will be on display from June 28 through July 27 during library hours with an opening reception to be held in conjunction with the local First Friday Artwalk on July 5 from 5-7 pm.

To locate the Library proceed north on Route 28 until you reach the five-way intersection in the center of the village. Then turn left onto Crosby Blvd. and travel one-half block. The Library, a Tudor-style building, is located on the right. Parking is in the rear.
