Celebrate the opening of two new local history exhibits featuring the agriculture and industrial history of Cazenovia and the history of Cazenovia College.
Enjoy a look at Cazenovia's history with our agriculture and industry panels (installed March 2024) and enjoy a look at the history of Cazenovia College (installed August 2024). Both of these exhibits will be on permanent display and can be found in the original Hubbard Building.
An opening reception for both exhibits will be held on October 12th at 1 pm. Light refreshments will be served. Caz College alumni are invited to join us and share some of your memories.
Both exhibits were curated by the Library curator, Julia Shotzberger, and local historian and volunteer, Sharon Cooney. The local history agriculture and industry panels were designed by Kevin Mann of Camp Design and the College cabinets were worked on by local craftsman, Federico Meira. Funds were provided by Senator May's Bullet Aid, the Friends of the Library, and the Library's Memorial Funds.
